Free Plan Without Charges

BrandBits offers a free plan so you can fully test the product and evaluate whether it meets your needs before paying anything. On the free plan you can build and publish real tools at no cost and for as long as you like, with no credit card required.

No Refunds on Paid Plans

Because you can fully use and evaluate the product on the free plan without any charges, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions or charges once payment has been processed.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading to a paid plan is entirely optional. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing, so you won't be charged again. You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period (the month or year you have already paid for); your subscription does not renew after that.

Important: when your paid period ends after cancellation, your tools, files, leads and statistics are removed and your tools' subdomain (your‑name.brandbits.com) is taken down, so anything embedded on your website will stop working at that point. Your account login is kept, but your content cannot be recovered, so please save a copy of anything you want to keep before your period ends. You can re-subscribe at any time before the period ends to remain active.

Exceptions Required by Law

If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require refunds in certain circumstances, we will, of course, comply with those legal requirements.
